By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the makmur76 platform on this website, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user ("Member") and makmur76 as the platform operator.

• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion or self-restriction from gambling platforms through any recognised self-exclusion programme.
• You acknowledge that the funds used for deposits are not derived from illegal activities or money laundering.

Makmur76 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and to suspend or close an account and withhold associated funds pending satisfactory verification if there is any doubt about your eligibility.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on makmur76 at any one time. This includes accounts registered using the same name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose — including claiming bonuses more than once — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your makmur76 username and password. makmur76 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

You agree to notify makmur76 immediately via live chat support or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. makmur76 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security, available in your account settings.

Makmur76 accepts deposits via approved payment methods for the Malaysian market only. Currently accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, and other participating banks), ShopeePay, and Boost. The list of accepted payment methods may change from time to time and will be updated on your account's deposit page.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is RM50,000 unless otherwise specified by makmur76 for a particular account.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.
• Third-party deposits — meaning funds originating from a bank account or eWallet not registered in your own name — are not permitted and may be held pending the outcome of an investigation.
• Makmur76 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Successful deposits are credited to your makmur76 account balance within 1–5 minutes, depending on the method used. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the makmur76 support team with proof of payment for prompt assistance.

Makmur76 members are entitled to withdraw legitimate winnings from their account balance, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same or equivalent payment method used for your original deposit, and must be in your own name.
• Full identity verification — including a copy of your MyKad or passport and proof of ownership of your payment method — must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for fully verified accounts, subject to the payment method and time of request.
• Makmur76 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security screening and fraud prevention purposes.

All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the makmur76 system are final. Members may not cancel or modify any confirmed bet except in cases where there is a clear system error on makmur76's part. Misunderstandings or misconceptions about match or game terms do not constitute valid grounds for bet cancellation by the player.

Makmur76 reserves the right to:

• Cancelling or voiding any bet where there are doubts about the integrity of the match or game in question.
• Limiting the maximum bet size for any player or match based on their risk profile without being required to provide a reason.
• Voiding winnings obtained as a result of technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or any significant system error.

• Cashback is calculated based on net losses within the specified period and does not apply against any active bonus balance.

Makmur76 maintains a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of fraud, manipulation, or platform abuse. The following activities are considered serious violations and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account:

• Registering multiple accounts in order to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet or game outcomes (including coordinated bonus abusers).
• Using bots, automation tools, hacking techniques, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting repeated deposit and withdrawal transactions without meaningful gaming activity, with the intent to launder money.
• Providing false information or falsified identity documents.

Makmur76 reserves the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where there are indications of illegal activity involving our platform.

Makmur76 members may close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any valid account balance will be refunded to you through your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the closure request is processed.

Makmur76 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Unsatisfactory identity verification, or evidence that registration information is false.
• Any activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement authorities or relevant regulatory bodies.
• Users who have enrolled in a self-exclusion program and attempt to access the platform regardless.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, makmur76 reserves the right to withhold or confiscate funds in the account, depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of the internal investigation.

Makmur76 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, delays, or technical errors at all times. makmur76 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from:

• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming outcomes that do not go in your favour — all bets carry a risk of loss that players must understand and accept.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Deposit or withdrawal delays caused by third-party payment providers that are beyond makmur76's control.

In all circumstances, makmur76's liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability claim.
